We are launching our very first 8-week virtual support circle—a safe, gentle, and confidential environment designed specifically for women who are ready to break old survival patterns, understand their emotional triggers, and step into grounded peace. Co-facilitated by a professional licensed therapist and a certified life coach, this program blends group support circles with personalized care to help you transition from merely surviving to genuinely thriving. What Is Included Weekly Live Group Circles: 8 interactive sessions every Saturday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM EAT. 1-on-1 Counselor Session: A dedicated, private intake session with our licensed therapist to focus on your specific personal goals. Reflective Tools & Frameworks: Practical self-assessment resources (including our Childhood Wound Pattern Quiz) to track your growth in real-time. Safe Community Access: Entry into a private peer network focused on mutual support, shared accountability, and vulnerability. Who Is This For? Women experiencing quiet burnout, anxiety, or emotional fatigue. Anyone struggling to set boundaries, stop over-functioning, or break recurring behavioral loops. Those seeking a professional, non-judgmental space to heal alongside a supportive group of peers. Investment & Registration Investment Fee: KSH 8,000 per month, KES 2,000 per weeek (Flexible payment plans and sliding scale options available upon request—we want this space to be accessible to everyone who needs it).
