Hi Luci is a live two-actor musical drama that explores identity, masculinity, faith, performance, and self-expression through theatre, music, movement, and physical storytelling. Set over the course of a single night, the story follows a 19-year-old university student whose life is disrupted after a misunderstood Halloween performance. As he confronts the consequences of his actions, another version of himself emerges—creating a tense and intimate encounter between who he is, who he performs to be, and who he is afraid of becoming. Blending live music, physical theatre, voguing and ballroom-inspired movement, theatrical projection, and dramatic storytelling, Hi Luci uses the relationship between its two performers to create a mirror-like exploration of identity and internal conflict. The audience is invited into an intimate theatrical experience that asks: “What parts of yourself did you learn to perform?” Format: Two-actor musical drama / live theatre Duration: Approximately 60–75 minutes Experience: Intimate, musical, physical, visually driven and emotionally provocative Themes: Identity, masculinity, faith, performance, self-expression, belonging and internal conflict.
