BOOB CAMP is a high-energy fitness and wellness experience created to get women moving, talking and paying attention to their breast health. Part workout, part wellness experience and part girls’ day out, Boob Camp brings women together for a morning of movement, music, community and important conversations around breast cancer awareness and early detection. Expect a fun line-up of fitness sessions, challenges and feel-good movement, alongside experts sharing practical information about breast health, knowing your body and understanding when something simply doesn’t feel right. But Boob Camp isn't designed to feel clinical or heavy. It’s loud. It’s pink. It’s energetic. It’s a celebration of our bodies and a reminder to look after them. We will also have vendors and experiences on the ground. Come with your girlfriends. Wear your pink. Sweat a little. Laugh a lot. Learn something that could matter enormously.
