Ticket details
Tickets & entry. A valid ticket (digital or printed) with a scannable code is required for entry. Each ticket admits one person for one entry only. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where the event is cancelled in full. Right of admission reserved. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person for unruly conduct, intoxication, failure to meet the dress code, or breach of these terms, without refund. Dress code. African Glamour — dress to be seen. No casual wear (shorts, flip-flops, sportswear). Guests not meeting the dress code may be denied entry at the organizers' discretion. Age policy. [Choose: "This is an 18+ event — valid ID required" / "All ages welcome; under-18s must be accompanied by an adult." The gala/bottle-service format suggests 18+, but if you want families for the crowning, all-ages with a supervised-minors line works.] Security & prohibited items. All guests are subject to security screening. No weapons, illegal substances, outside food or drinks, professional cameras, or drones without prior written accreditation from the organizers. Photography & media consent. The event will be filmed, photographed, and broadcast. By entering the venue, you consent to appearing in event footage, photos, and promotional material for ANSM, ISIS Models Africa, Runway to Freedom, and event partners, without compensation. Program changes. The organizers may alter the line-up, running order, performers, or program elements without notice. Changes to the line-up do not entitle ticket holders to a refund. Postponement or cancellation. If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. If the event is cancelled entirely, ticket holders will be refunded the ticket face value through the original payment channel; service/processing fees may be excluded per Mookh's policy. Resale. Tickets may not be resold above face value or used for promotions, competitions, or hospitality packages without written authorization from the organizers. Unauthorized resold tickets may be voided. Liability. Guests attend at their own risk. The organizers, venue, and partners are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, or for injury except where caused by proven negligence. Force majeure. The organizers are not liable for failure to deliver the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including government directives, extreme weather, or security situations.
